By accessing or using EasyBooth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyBooth is an online platform for designing exhibition booth graphics. The Service allows users to create, edit, and export booth designs using pre-built templates and customisation tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment and Exports

Certain features, such as PDF exports, require payment. All prices are displayed in HKD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Exports are available for a limited editing period after payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Designs you create using the Service are your property. Templates and platform assets remain the property of EasyBooth and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
