1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Website. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon being published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. You are advised to review the latest version periodically.

1.3 These Terms should be read together with the Website's Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail (except in relation to privacy matters).

2. Definitions

• "Template" means the exhibition booth design templates, layouts, images, master files and related digital files provided on this Website.
• "User" or "you" means any person who browses, registers for or purchases services on this Website.
• "Licence" means the limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right granted to you to use the Template in accordance with these Terms.
• "Digital Product" means an electronic file that is made available for download or unlocked immediately upon successful payment, and constitutes an intangible good.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Certain features may require you to register an account. You must provide true, accurate and complete information and promptly update such information when it changes.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials (including your password). Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately.

3.3 You must not share, transfer, sell or permit any third party to use your account.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably suspect any breach, fraud or improper use.

4. Product Description and Purchase

4.1 The Templates provided on this Website are digital design files intended solely for your (or your client's) use in the production and printing of physical exhibition booths. The Templates do not include physical construction, printing or materials.

4.2 Product descriptions, preview images, dimensions and specifications are for reference only. You are solely responsible for carefully verifying, prior to payment, that the Template meets the requirements of your exhibition venue, contractor and printer.

4.3 We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue any Template at any time. Orders that have already been successfully paid for shall not be affected.

5. Fees, Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The Website offers a single-purchase licensing service for Templates.

5.2 Payment must be made through the third-party payment platforms designated by the Website (including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay HK, PayMe, Octopus Wallet and others, primarily processed by PayDollar by AsiaPay or other designated payment service providers). You must ensure that the payment information you provide is true and valid.

5.3 We do not store your full credit card details. Payment information is processed directly by certified payment partners.

5.4 We reserve the right to adjust Template prices at any time. Price adjustments shall not affect orders that have already been paid for.

5.5 If payment fails, is declined or is reversed by the payment platform, the order will be automatically cancelled and we shall have no obligation to provide the Template.

6. Digital Product Delivery Policy

6.1 Upon successful payment, the system will automatically confirm the order and provide the Template download link or unlock access via your Website account, registered email or other designated method.

6.2 Once the download link has been issued, the Template has been unlocked, or the Template is made available for download, the Digital Product shall be deemed to have been fully delivered.

6.3 If you do not receive the download link within a reasonable time after payment, please contact customer service immediately and provide proof of payment. We will assist in re-providing the download after verification.

6.4 Digital Products are delivered instantly. Delivery is made to the email address or account you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your email and account details are correct.

9.1 You undertake not to use this Website for any illegal, fraudulent, infringing or harmful activities that may damage the interests of the Website or other users.

9.2 You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, interfere with the Website systems, or upload files containing viruses or malicious code.

9.3 Templates may contain fonts, sample images or icons. Certain materials may require you to obtain third-party licences yourself. We do not guarantee that all sample materials included in the Templates may be used directly for commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying and obtaining any necessary licences.

10. Disclaimer

10.2 We shall not be liable for any legal liability or economic loss arising from printing errors, incorrect dimensions, colour discrepancies, exhibition construction failure, delays or any related consequences.

10.3 "As-Is" Provision: All Templates and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, uninterrupted availability or compatibility with third-party systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website (including its directors, employees, agents and suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, damage to goodwill, or losses arising from exhibition delay or cancellation), even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

11.2 In any event, the total liability of the Website in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the relevant purchase giving rise to the dispute.

11.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. Accordingly, the above limitations may not fully apply to you. In such cases, the liability of the Website shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

13.3 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss arising from the modification, suspension or termination of services. Templates that have been lawfully purchased and downloaded may continue to be used by you within the original scope of the licence.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms if such failure or delay results from any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, war, acts of terrorism, government actions, strikes, labour disputes, network interruptions, hacking attacks, failure of third-party payment platforms, interruption of cloud service providers, power failures or other unforeseen events.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Website in respect of the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

16.2 Assignment. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor of our business.

16.3 Waiver. Our failure or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

16.4 Language. These Terms are prepared in Chinese. Any English translation is for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
