Click Get Started or Register, enter your name, email, and password, then confirm your email from the link we send. After verification you can browse templates and start designing.

On the login page, choose Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send. Links expire for security—request a new one if needed.

Sign in, open Dashboard → Settings, then update your name, company, and notification preferences. Changes save immediately for your account.

We process payments securely through AsiaPay (PayDollar). Supported cards and local methods depend on your region and appear at checkout before you confirm payment.

No. Templates are one-time purchases. After a successful payment you can export print-ready files for that project according to your license—no recurring subscription required.

Open Dashboard → Purchases to view completed orders and request a receipt by email. Keep the receipt for your records and any tax documentation you need.

Go to Dashboard → Exports (or Purchases for payment history). Export jobs show progress and download links when ready. Large print PDFs may take a short time to finish rendering.

Open the completed export from Dashboard → Exports and use Download. If a link expired, start a new export from the same purchased project; your purchase remains valid.

Use a recent browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari), enable hardware acceleration, close heavy tabs, and refresh. If it still fails, try another device or contact support with your project name and browser version.

Upload supported image formats for logos and pick fonts available in the template. Very large images can slow the editor—compress assets and re-upload if needed. Re-open the project after uploading to refresh the preview.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls so only you (and people you explicitly share with) can view your projects. Never share your password or magic reset links.
